Concierge 24h The Concierge of the Hotel Napoleon is at guests’ disposal 24 hours. Its main goal is to provide you the most detailed information and suggestions to make your stay in Rome the most enjoyable, suitable and convenient. Our Staff will be delighted to book all the services you may require. Thanks to their great experience and familiarity with Rome, you can trustfully consult them.

Talking & Tasting
Every Friday evening at 18:30 all guests are invited for a tasting of Italian wines and typical Italian food. A relaxing gathering with a pleasant musical accompaniment. Transfer from and to the Airports,, by car with driver, mini-bus or bus. Our driver will wait for you at the exit gate of the airport’s arrival lounge, holding a board with your name and Napoleon written on it. Check in Our Staff is at our guests’ disposal 24h for check in. We guarantee that your room will be ready within 12:00 am on the day of the arrival. In case you arrive early, our Concierge will take care of your luggage, a complimentary breakfast will be available and you may have a short rest in our spacious lounge.

Check-out We kindly ask our guests to leave their room within 11.00 am. If you need to use the room for longer, it is possible to ask permission at the Reception. Lengthening the stay in the room depends of the availability and necessity of the hotel. It is possible to leave your luggage at the concierge until your departure.

Baggage room The baggage room is available for early arrivals, departures after checkout or in case you want to visit other destinations before returning to your home country.

Porterage 24h Any time you arrive our porter will take care of your luggage and will carry it into your room.

Room Service 24h You can receive your breakfast, your lunch, your dinner or a simple snack in your room. Our Staff will be ready to serve you. The cost is € 7,00 per room. No charge for room service is taking for couples in honeymoon, couples who celebrate their wedding or their anniversary during their stay. Room service is also free for women travelling alone.

Free Internet Point An Internet station with high-speed connection is at our guests’ disposal without charge. For security reason an access password valid for the whole stay will be provided on request by our Concierge 24h.

Free Internet Wi-Fi connection All the rooms, the lounge and the bar are equipped with a Wi-Fi high-speed connection. For security reason an access password valid for the whole stay will be provided on request by our Concierge 24h.

Newspapers Many important National and International newspapers and some weekly and monthly magazines are available without charge for the clients of Hotel Napoleon.

Photocopier, Fax, Printer are available without charge for the clients

Parking garage there is a covered parking garage at 300 m distance from the Hotel. If you leave your car in the private area in front of the hotel a valet parking is available during the daily hours (costs from 16 to 25€ for 24h depending on the dimensions of your vehicle).

Reservations: the Concierge Staff can suggest and help you to make reservations for restaurants, museums, theatres, concerts, and sport events.

Reservations for guided tours The Concierge Staff can make reservations for guided tours conducted by art historians as authorized guides:

• Reservations for guided tours of Rome: Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona; Colosseum and Monuments of Ancient Rome; Vatican Museum and St. Peter’s Church; Christian Rome and Old Appian Way; Archaeological Rome; Baroque Rome; Castel Sant’Angelo and Pope’s Blessing (Sunday morning), Rome by night (panoramic tour); Rome by night with dinner; Tivoli and its Villas; Castelli Romani; Ancient Ostia.
• Reservations for guided tours during one or several days in others cities of Italy: Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi, Florence, Pisa, Venice, Assisi, and Orvieto.

Reservations for cars We can make a reservation for a private car with driver or for a car rental.

You can ask us for stamps, underground and bus tickets (Metro station a few meters from the hotel’s entrance).

Laundry with quick service. An express laundry service and dry cleaning is available in the hotel every day except for Sunday. Redelivery within 24h is available for demands carried out within hours 11.30 am.

Ironing If you need an ironing table there is one at your disposal in our Laundry Room. Please be aware that our fire precautions rules do not allow any iron pressing in your room.

Babysitting A babysitting service is available on request, to guarantee the service we kindly suggest to book it in advance.

Hairdresser We can help the bride and guests organizing an appointment with the hairstylist at the shop close to the hotel or, with an extra charge, in the hotel room. We kindly suggest to book in advance.

Banquets and Receptions We will be happy to organize Banquets and Receptions for your Events, such as Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries,etc. We will take care of every little detail to make your event the most memorable one. Special Rates are available for wedding parties
